| This stock medical exhibit shows anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery in a series of illustrations. The first illustration shows the insertion of a guide wire into the tibia to mark the length and angle of the tibial tunnel. The second illustration shows the drilling of the tunnel around the guide wire. The third illustration shows similar preparation of a tunnel in the femur.
