This illustration depicts the surgical management of skin loss over an ulna styloid fracture using a full-thickness skin graft. The pre-operative condition shows exposed bone and tissue over the fracture site. In step A, the wound is debrided and irrigated to remove debris and prepare for grafting. Step B shows the harvesting of a full-thickness skin graft from the volar (palm) side of the wrist.
