This series of illustrations depicts further complications post-surgical repairs of the thoracolumbar spine and additional surgical procedures. There is a fracture of the vertebral body of T9, and the hardware is removed from this level. Pedicle screws are now added from T3 down to T8, The lamina of T9 is removed and cement is applied to the vertebral body fracture at T9.
